TruService Community FCU offers a secured VISA® Credit Card for individuals looking to establish new credit or repair existing credit. How does it work? Members deposit funds to “secure” the credit limit on the VISA Secured Credit Card. Limits are based on 100% of deposited funds. Charges can only be made within the credit limit of the card.
