NetBranch Online Banking with Bill Pay

NetBranch is a free, 24-hour service that allows you to view transactions, transfer funds between your TruService Community Federal Credit Union accounts, view check images, make withdrawals, and open new sub-accounts, like checking, Christmas club, or certificates. Members with a checking account will also enjoy unlimited payments with our online bill pay service.

USING NETBRANCH

Existing users can login to NetBranch by using the link above. First-time users should contact a TruService Member Service Representative at 501-225-3636 x 2 to be enrolled. Once enrolled, you will be asked to choose a security image and answer three challenge questions. After you complete the account setup, proceed to the online banking dashboard to review your account information.
