TruService now offers a 24/7 Card Services number for card declines and to report lost/stolen cards. Call (888) 526-0404. Please contact our offices for questions regarding PIN changes. You may also use the Remote Control Cards option in the TruService app to immediately lock your card or report it lost/stolen.

A cashier’s check is guaranteed by a bank, drawn on the bank’s own funds, and signed by a cashier. Cashier’s checks are treated as guaranteed funds because the bank, rather than the purchaser, is responsible for paying the amount. They are commonly required for real estate and brokerage transactions.

If you’re a member and need a cashier’s check, we’ve got you covered. Cashier’s checks can be purchased for $8 at any of our branch locations.

Sign up for e-Statements today by logging in to your NetBranch account, select the User Profile menu option, then “Manage E-mails.”

A money order is a payment order for a specified amount of money. It is required that the funds be prepaid for the amount of the money order. Therefore it is a more trusted method of payment than a standard check.

Members can purchase money orders at any TruService Community Federal Credit Union location for $5.

Wiring money to or from TruService Community Federal Credit Union is fast, safe, and secure. We offer both domestic and international wire transfers, as well as domestic Western Union.
